At Rental Champz, we aim to provide a seamless and hassle-free equipment rental experience. To ensure smooth transactions and maintain the integrity of our equipment, we have established the following guidelines:

  1. Equipment Rental:

    • We offer a wide range of high-quality equipment for rent, including tools, machinery, and more, suitable for both residential and commercial use.

  2. Reservation:

    • We recommend making reservations in advance to secure your equipment. You can reserve in person at our rental location or by phone.

  3. Valid ID Required:

    • To rent equipment, a valid government-issued ID is required. This helps us verify your identity and maintain accurate records.

  4. Rental Period:

    • Rentals are available for daily, weekly, or monthly periods, depending on your project's needs.

  5. Deposit:

    • A deposit of $50 is required for all equipment rentals.

  6. Deposit Refund Policy:

    • Your $50 deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in the same condition as when rented.

    • If the equipment is not returned, you will be charged the full market value of the tool.

    • In the event of damage to the equipment, you forfeit your deposit.

  7. Equipment Care:

    • Please use the equipment responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

    • Report any issues or damage immediately to our staff to avoid potential charges.

  8. Cleaning and Maintenance:

    • Return the equipment clean and in good working condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if necessary.

  9. Late Returns:

    • Please adhere to the agreed-upon return date and time to avoid late fees.

  10. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  11. Safety First:

    • Prioritize safety by using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for specific equipment.

  12. Payment:

    • We accept various payment methods, including cash and major credit cards. Payment for the rental and deposit is due at the time of pick-up.
