At Rental Champz, we aim to provide a seamless and hassle-free equipment rental experience. To ensure smooth transactions and maintain the integrity of our equipment, we have established the following guidelines:
Equipment Rental:
We offer a wide range of high-quality equipment for rent, including tools, machinery, and more, suitable for both residential and commercial use.
Reservation:
We recommend making reservations in advance to secure your equipment. You can reserve in person at our rental location or by phone.
Valid ID Required:
To rent equipment, a valid government-issued ID is required. This helps us verify your identity and maintain accurate records.
Rental Period:
Rentals are available for daily, weekly, or monthly periods, depending on your project's needs.
Deposit:
A deposit of $50 is required for all equipment rentals.
Deposit Refund Policy:
Your $50 deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in the same condition as when rented.
If the equipment is not returned, you will be charged the full market value of the tool.
In the event of damage to the equipment, you forfeit your deposit.
Equipment Care:
Please use the equipment responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
Report any issues or damage immediately to our staff to avoid potential charges.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Return the equipment clean and in good working condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if necessary.
Late Returns:
Please adhere to the agreed-upon return date and time to avoid late fees.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Safety First:
Prioritize safety by using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for specific equipment.
Payment:
We accept various payment methods, including cash and major credit cards. Payment for the rental and deposit is due at the time of pick-up.
